Mohd Faisal Yusof has over 15 years experience of welding engineering and one of his main filed is providing training, examination, and consultancy. Faisal‟s academic achievement include European/IIW/TWI Welding Engineer, Technologist and Specialist. He also holds other quality assurance and quality control and inspection competence based qualifications.

Prior to this, Faisal was a Training Manager for the welding inspection and welder training department of a well-known organization that offers training and examinations in South East Asia for many years. He was involved in variety training for Diploma courses for European and international Diplomas, CSWIP welding inspector and welders in Malaysia and overseas. He has extensive knowledge in welding technology, welding processes, materials behaviour, Design and construction, quality assurance, quality control, inspection and welding procedures.

Engr. Associate Professor Yahaya bin Ramli, graduated with Masters of Science in Fluid Power Systems from University of Bath, United Kingdom and is both a Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and a Corporate Member of The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM).

He has extensive field experience with several companies such as Felda Berhad (Plant Superintendent), Petronas Gas Berhad (Project Management Executive and Production Supervisor) and Sobena Offshore Inc (Assistant Plant Manager). Currently, he is a senior lecturer in University of Technology Malaysia at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and he did a lot of research in thermo fluids technology.

He also active delivering the technical courses such as; pump technology, compressor systems, boiler and steam systems, valve maintenance, compressed air system and etc.

 

 

Mr. James M. Watterson, is graduated with Masters of Science (Engineering Technology) from Belfast Collage of Technology and he is the member of the several Professional Bodies;

Mohd Normarzuki bin Ya’acob; Graduated with Bachelor (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Malaya and is both a Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical) with Board of Engineer, Malaysia since 2000, a Corporate Member, The Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and a Member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). He is a certified First Grade Engineer (Steam Boiler and Internal Combustion Engine) by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH).

He had working experiences with several companies such as Equator Engineering Sdn Bhd, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Petronas Gas Berhad (Gas Processing Plant 5/6 and Centralised Utilities Facility), Qatar Petroleum (Corporate Training Department) and currently he is the Managing Director for Bayubali Engineering Sdn Bhd.

Throughout his carrier he has an extensive field experience in steam boiler operation, trouble-shooting, inspection, maintenance and repair.

He is the co-author for An Introduction to Steam Machinery book published by University of Malaya Publisher.

Throughout his career, he has been providing this expertise for both new and operating process / power plants & facility construction industry using codes/standards, software analysis and field experience in arriving at safe, economical piping designs and solutions to piping problems.

He has offered Project Management, Design / Analysis, Construction / Testing / Inspection services in India & Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia involving many onshore & offshore projects.

He is an expert in Process, & Power Piping as per ASME & API standards including ASME B1.1, B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, & API 570.

He has designed & presented piping design seminars to piping engineers & designers across India, Qatar & Saudi Arabia.

 

 

Engr. Joshi Diwakar Damodar graduated with Bachelor Mechanical from Shivaji University, India and he is a Registered Professional Engineer (Mechanical).

Mr. K. Ravindran (ASNT ID NO: 141151) is an extremely well experienced NDT level III with certifications in 11 methods including UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, ET, IR, LT,AE , NR & VA. He has an overall experience of 25 years in inspection field of castings, forgings, pressure vessels (Designing, fabrication inspection) and pipe lines inspection. He is familiar in Destructive and Non-destructive inspection technique, as applicable to Welds, castings, forgings etc as well as inspection of raw materials with relevant specifications. He is thoroughly familiar with all the relevant applicable Codes and Standards for Non-destructive Testing and well versed in the documentation procedures. Mr. Ravindran also has the AWS CWI (AWS – CWI Cert No 05071771) certification. He is thoroughly proficient in all welding techniques, procedures and WPQ verification and certification for all kinds of welding like SAW, SMAW, FCAW,GTAW, PAW etc for all positions Including 5G & 6G also.

He has have ten years experience in conducting training courses and classes all most in all methods of NDT for LEVEL I & LEVEL II & LEVEL III, welding technology and casting and foundry technology. He is a post Graduate in physics, Post Graduate Diploma in Radiation Protection by Bombay University BARC (INDIA). He also have the following API’s certifications such as; API 510 (Cert. No: 31918), API 653 (Cert. No: 32744), API 570 (Cert No: 33311), API 571 (Cert No: 20990), API 580 (Cert No: 35869) and API 577 (Cert No: 35861).
